Encouraging reflection of the world around us, Molecules is an interdisciplinary project where art meets chemistry. Where science is limited by the boundaries of observation, art celebrates freedom of expression. Yet both art and science could be defined by synthesis and creation, or by the act of trying and failing before we succeed. The behaviour of molecules is random, but they attract and repel each other in ways that reveal molecular structures that gift us with new artistic perspectives on pattern, symmetry and order.
